Object

The service provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website of the conditions of use of the website.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to respect and strictly comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such obligations, with publication on the provider’s website being considered sufficient.

Liability

The provider accepts no responsibility for the information published on its website if this information has been manipulated or entered by a third party unrelated to the provider.

The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to perform certain functions that are considered essential for the proper functioning and viewing of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary and are intended solely to make their subsequent transmission more efficient. They disappear at the end of the user’s session. Under no circumstances will cookies be used to collect personal information.

From the client’s website, it is possible to be redirected to content on third-party websites. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no responsibility for such content. In any case, the provider declares that it will immediately remove any content that may violate national or international law, morality, or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.

The provider is not responsible for the information and content stored, by way of example but not limited to, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks, or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. However, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider is available to all users, authorities, and security forces, and actively collaborates in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any content that may affect or violate national or international legislation, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. If the user believes that there is content on the website that could be classified as such, they are requested to inform the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, its proper functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or cases of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website.

Intellectual and industrial property

The website, including, but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics are the property of the provider or, where applicable, are subject to a license or express authorization from the authors. All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and are registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization of the contents of the website requires, in all cases, the prior written authorization of the provider. Any use not previously authorized by the provider will be considered a serious violation of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.

The designs, logos, texts, and/or graphics that do not belong to the provider and may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any disputes that may arise in relation to them. In all cases, the provider has the express prior authorization of the latter.

The service provider does NOT expressly authorize third parties to redirect directly to specific content on the website; in all cases, they must redirect to the service provider’s main website.

The provider acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights of their owners, and their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibility of the provider in relation to them, nor its support, sponsorship, or recommendation.

Any comments regarding possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as any of the content on the website, can be made via the email address provided in the identification details at the beginning of this document.

Accuracy of information

All information provided by the User must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated via the registration forms for the Services. It is the User’s responsibility to keep all information provided to the Company up to date so that it corresponds to their actual situation at all times. In all cases, the User shall be solely liable for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Minors

To use the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all actions performed by the minors in their care. They are responsible for determining the specific content to which minors have access. Therefore, if they access inappropriate content on the Internet, mechanisms such as software, filters, and blockers should be installed on their computers to limit the content available. Although these mechanisms are not foolproof, they are particularly useful for controlling and restricting the content that minors can access.

Obligation to make proper use of the site

The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law and this legal notice, as well as with morality and good customs. To this end, the user shall refrain from using the website for any illegal or prohibited purpose, infringing the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way that could damage, render unusable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and any type of content stored on any computer equipment belonging to the provider.

In particular, and by way of example but not limited to, the user undertakes not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, audio or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any type of material that:

(a) is contrary to, disregards, or infringes upon the fundamental rights and civil liberties recognized by the Constitution, international treaties, and other applicable standards;

(b) incites, encourages, or promotes criminal, defamatory, violent, or generally unlawful acts, or acts contrary to morality and public order;

(c) induces, incites, or encourages discriminatory actions, attitudes, or thoughts based on sex, race, religion, beliefs, age, or condition;

(d) is contrary to the right to honor, privacy, family life, or the image of individuals;

(e) in any way damages the credibility of the provider or third parties; and

(f) constitutes illegal, misleading, or unfair advertising.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

For the resolution of any disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, with the courts of Catalonia having jurisdiction to resolve any conflicts arising from or related to its use.
